On the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said : a man said to the prophet :

"Counsel me". He said : " Do not become angry". The man repeated [his request] several times, and he said: "Do not become angry ".

Anger is something because of which many people lose in life

Thats why when people do things in anger hose things become forbidden (so i heard)

The Prophet(sa) also said that anger is from the shaytan and the shaytan is made of fire. Water puts out the fire, So do wudu when you are angry.

In another hadith the Prophet (sa) also said:
If you get angry when you are standing, sit.
When you get angry and you are sitting lie down
And if you get angry if you are lying down, seek refuge in Allah from satan.
