Hummus (Garbanzo Bean Dip for Pita Bread)
1 15 or 19 oz. can garbanzo beans (or "chick peas")
Drain liquid into a cup and save
1/4 cup Sesame Seed Paste (Tahini)
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender adding only enough of the saved liquid to make the mixture creamy. Blend for 3 - 4 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and a little olive oil.

Scoop up these dips with pieces of Pita Bread (cut into 1/6's). It's delicious!
