Text To Speech

Salam alaikum,

I have added this new mod to the forum called "text to speech" which allows users to have the forum posts read to them.

Below every forum post you will see a "Text To Speech" button. If you click it, the forum will read the post out to you.

I don't know how useful this will be to anyone, but it may come in handy for people with visual impairments insha'Allah.

Dear Brother,

Thanks for the feature. i guess it will definitely be useful. At times because of long posts people often tend to skip posts or do not read the entire post but with this feature i guess everyone would benefit InshaALLAH.

I love this feature too as it allows the visually impaired to benefit and learn the beauty of Islam.

Because this is such an important feature, I just want to remind members that we do not allow "text speak" typing on the forum and now it is even more important we all abide by that. The "text to speech" feature is virtually useless on posts written in text speak.

Please be considerate to others that are visually impaired, not a native English speaker and to newcomers that want to learn about Islam and avoid using text speak.
